Sustainability – Finance – Real Economies SICAV-SIF (“SFRE“) is registered with the Luxembourg Register of Trade and Companies under number B 192.267.
Although SFRE is subject to the supervision of the Luxembourg supervisory authority of the financial sector (http://www.cssf.lu/) (the “CSSF“), the registration of SFRE as an investment company with variable capital – specialised investment fund does not imply a positive assessment by the CSSF of the quality of SFRE. Any statement to the contrary is unauthorised and unlawful.
The aim of this website (the “Website“) is to present SFRE. In particular, this Website contains legal and regulatory information which applies to SFRE status, the use of this Website and information about investments in SFRE.

SFRE is a public limited liability company (“société anonyme”) qualifying as an investment company with variable share capital – specialised investment fund (“société d’investissement à capital variable – fonds d’investissement spécialisé”) under the amended Luxembourg law of 13 February 2007 concerning specialised investment funds (the “SIF Law“).
SFRE is set up as an umbrella structure, allowing for multiple sub-funds. As currently SFRE only has one sub-fund, namely Sustainability – Finance – Real Economies SICAV-SIF – 1/2014, some references on the Website to SFRE shall be construed as references to such sub-fund.
This Website should not be accessed by any person in any jurisdiction where (by reason of that person’s nationality, residence or otherwise) the publication or availability of this Website is prohibited.
2. Applicable law and judicial forum
This Website is subject to the laws of the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg. Any legal claims or lawsuits in conjunction with this Website or its use are subject to the Courts of Luxembourg-City.
